Access 2000 Upsizing Wizard Overflow

I have a MS-Access database that I am trying to convert to SQL Server 2000.

When use the Upsizing Wizard within Access 2000 to create new database I
receive an Overflow error.

Please help me resolve this error. Also is there procedures for this
upsizing wizard.
